Dr. Rob Curtis is leading i Coristi Chamber Choir in a concert that gives a new perspective on performance space with music from the Renaissance to the Spice Girls—and includes the world premiere of his new piece Mass at Journey’s End.

Shawna Lemay’s poem, In Lieu of Flowers, is the text for the second movement of this new work. The poem will be narrated by Brian Deedrick, an opera director from Edmonton who often worked with Rob’s late wife (whose cancer journey was the inspiration for the piece), and who cherished her deeply.
