The first AMPLAB event of the 2024/25 season! Please join us for a curated close listening session with @spokenweb postdoc Klara du Plessis. Klara will lead a close listening session based on her newly released, fourth poetry collection, Post-Mortem of the Event. In this work, the process of poetic composition mobilizes audio visual material, transcription, waveform visualization, and digital humanities and interdisciplinary methods. This discussion-based event will showcase the intersection of creative and scholarly practices.
